Natasha Phipps, Team Leader – Investment Specialist REALTOR
Natasha obtained her realtor license in 2008 after earning a bachelor’s degree with a focus on marketing. Having started her journey in real estate investing at 20, along with experience in her family’s new construction business and entrepreneurship, she saw real estate as a natural next step. Motivated by her clients’ aspirations and the diverse opportunities in real estate, Natasha is passionate about empowering others to take charge of their financial futures through real estate investing.
Andrea Tessier, Team Managing Partner – Investment Specialist REALTOR
Andrea was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, and has a deep appreciation for the city. She believes Calgary is an excellent place to live and invest in real estate, and her passion for the industry began through her own experiences as an investor. Her journey included personal investments and renovation projects, giving her valuable insight into the process. Andrea is excited to help others achieve their goals, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing, and views real estate as a powerful path to financial freedom.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains and discovering Calgary’s local restaurants and shops, always ready with a great recommendation.
Una Allen, Property Manager, REALTOR
Una began her real estate journey in 2006 as a leasing agent in Toronto’s growing downtown condo market. “The job was dynamic, logical, and fun, and it opened my eyes and mind to real estate investing early in life,” she reflects.
In 2009, Una relocated to Calgary to continue her real estate career, gaining experience in land syndication & development, and eventually real estate sales. “Working in different areas of real estate gave me valuable experience and helped me discover my true passion—property management,” she explains. “While protecting the value of an investment property is the core of the job, what drives me is building long-term, trusting relationships with both owners and tenants.”

Heather Fabris, REALTOR
Heather brings a wealth of experience to real estate, building on a successful background in kitchen design and sales and an education in Interior Design.
